We produce all clichés in HD (4000 dpi), which automatically gives our customers a quality boost. In addition, we use ”combiscreening” for the more complex label jobs, and together with the individual colour profiles, we help our customers gain control over quality.
Files for digital printing are aligned against flexo machines.
We make clichés for multilayer labels, cross-over, films and files for screen, embossing, peel & reseal labels and coldfoil.
Design and preparation
We start by checking your design and sketching your layout. We make sure the design works both technically and visually.
Colour management and customisation
Colours are adapted to the material and printing method. We match Pantone colours, evaluate screens and optimise for sharpness and balance.
Proofreading and approval
We produce proofs on the specific substrate to ensure an accurate and professional result, and digital proofs are also provided.
Cliché making
We produce the flexible printing plates (clichés) in our own production with precision and high quality.
