At hl-repro we work with everything that happens before Printing - prepress, colour management, clichés and production of labels, packaging and campaigns.
We specialise in turning customers' visual ideas into reality, and our team consists of several departments that work together as one team: Flexo, Dryoffset, Print, Prepress, Photo & Design and RELIFE Studio.
RELIFE Studio is our department that focuses on responsible materials and creative, resource-conscious solutions.
As an intern, you will gain insight into creativity, technique and purpose in practice.

A week's internship at hl-repro could look like this.
Day 1
Welcome and presentation of hl-repro by the contact person who will accompany you throughout the programme.
Guided tours of all departments.
Visit the photo department
Day 2
Visit the print department where you will participate in:
- Workflow and file management
- Printing and finalisation
- Various smaller tasks in the department
Day 3
Visit the design department to participate in:
- Workflow and file management
- Design and layout of tasks
- Own mini task
Day 4
Visit to the design department - continued
Day 5
Visit RELIFE Studio

Internship programmes for higher education students
At hl-repro, we offer students from higher education programmes the opportunity for internships. Here you can try out the work field and gain insight into prepress, cliché making, printing and graphic production. The internship gives you experience with real work tasks, collaboration and professional workflows without it being a formal apprenticeship programme.
The purpose of the internship is to allow both you and hl-repro to assess whether the collaboration is a good fit. You will get a realistic insight into the workday, experience with actual projects and production, and access to the wealth of experience our team has built up over many years. The internship will also give you the opportunity to see how different tasks in prepress, cliché making, printing and graphic production are handled from start to finish, develop your skills and experience working in a creative and committed team.

Internship at hl-repro
At hl-repro you get the opportunity to test the labour market and develop your skills. We are recognised by ResponsibleHedensted, which works to create inclusive and stimulating internships and work programmes in collaboration with Hedensted Municipality.
During your internship, you will be responsible for concrete tasks and experience how we work with different projects from start to finish. You'll gain experience with real tasks, collaboration and work processes, and you'll learn how a team handles projects in practice.
If you are a company trainee via Jobcenter Hedensted, the programme is temporary and unpaid, typically up to 4 weeks for unemployment benefit recipients. You keep your benefit unchanged, and the programme requires approval from the job centre. You must continue to look for a job as agreed with them.
